Steve is responsible for corporate development, financial management & strategy and developing the organizational infrastructure. He has spent his career working with entrepreneurial businesses in the areas of management, strategy and finance, and has worked with numerous companies in transition - startups, rapidly growing firms and companies in troubled situations.  

In the mid 1990s Steve served as both the chief operating officer and the chief financial officer for the Codera Wine Group, a rapidly growing wine producer and originator of Blackstone wines. Blackstone is now a 1.5 million case brand owned by Constellation Brands, the world’s largest wine company. 

In addition to direct operating and consulting experience, Steve has been a financier as an import/export lender with Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco. He earned both his MBA, with a concentration in finance and portfolio theory, and BS from the University of California at Berkeley.
