West Stewart, a former investment banker with Merrill Lynch Tokyo and Nikko Securities Chicago Branch (now part of Citibank), has over 30 years of experience leading and implementing marketing, financial and R&D plans for diverse and large-scale projects in the power sector. This includes senior roles with prestigious companies such as the Mitsubishi Corporation (MC Group); Philippine Bio-Sciences Co., Inc. (PhilBIO); Clean Energy Development Company (Thailand) Ltd. (CleanTHAI), Silk Roads, Ltd. (USA). He recently participated in Discovery Channel's 'Ecopolis' Series, where an Asia Biogas alternative energy project was judged by IPCC Nobel Laureate Dr. Daniel Kammen as having the most impact on future carbon emissions of any future transportation technology reviewed to date.
West holds a Masters degree in International Management (MIM) from the American Graduate School of International Management ('Thunderbird'), Phoenix, Arizona; and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
