Don Mario Dia is the Country Manager/CEO of Philippine Bio-Sciences, Inc. (PhilBio), a wholly owned subsidiary of Asia Biogas Group. Don is also a Director of Bronzeoak Philippines a company that is engaged in the development of Renewable/Alternative Energy projects such as San Carlos Bioenergy the Philippine's first integrated ethanol and co-gen plant.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, retail and investment banking, risk assets and general administration, Don possesses a unique combination of expertise in banking, logistics, risk management, customer satisfaction, information technology, six-sigma orientation, program & project management and organizational restructuring.

He has received advanced trainings in management and finance from Cornell University, the Asian Institute of Management, and De La Salle University.
