Joice Caroline is the Country Manager for AsiaBIOGAS Indonesia. Her years of experience and skill in administration, human resources and finance assisted in establishing AsiaBIOGAS Indonesia in 2006. Joice gained vast knowledge regarding current technological developments through lectures and numerous short courses at the Industry Agricultural Institute in Bogor, West Java.

Joice is heavily involved in the Marketing and Project Development Division conducting feasibility studies, including waste audits on dairy farms, feedlots, palm oil mills, tapioca starch processing and other factories that are interested in finding successful, ecological solutions for their waste systems.
