Martin has over 25 years broad-based, international experience in the Asia Pacific region having held diverse roles at the most senior level with high-profile, leading organisations such as the BTS Group, Thailand; The Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce, Thailand; Bristol-Myers Squibb Thailand & Indonesia; the Joint Authority Timor Gap (JATG) Australia & Indonesia; Bilfinger & Berger, Indonesia and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Indonesia, & Australia.

Martin has a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Development Economics from Oxford University (Magdalen College), UK. He is a Chartered Accountant in the UK and Australia and he has a Post Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia (SIA).
